White Chicken Chili

What you need

tbsp olive oil
tbsp apple cider vinegar

clove garlic clove

tbsp ground cumin
cup chicken broth

tbsp chili powder

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp dried oregano
cup white beans
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion, garlic, and chopped poblano pepper and sauté until tender for about 8 minutes. 3. Add cumin, oregano, and chili powder and cook for about 1 minute. 4. Add the chicken broth and turn the heat to high. 5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. 6. Add chicken thighs, whole, and bring to a boil. 7. Cover the pot and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes. 8. Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks. 9. Add shredded chicken back to the pot. 10. Add beans to the pot, lime juice, and cover for about 10 minutes on low. 11. Serve with your favorite toppings.
