Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

A delicious and flavorful teriyaki glazed salmon served over a bed of jasmine rice with fresh vegetables and a spicy mayo sauce.

What you need

tbsp honey

lb salmon

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp sesame seed

pinch pepper

cup jasmine rice

clove garlic clove

tbsp chili garlic sauce

tbsp sesame oil

pinch salt

tbsp sriracha sauce

cup greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Combine salmon marinade ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add the salmon and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. 3. Cook the jasmine rice. 4. Slice the cucumbers and chop the green onions. 5. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat and cook salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side. 6. Mix together all of the spicy mayo ingredients. 7. Add cooked salmon, rice, cucumbers, green onions, and shredded carrots to a bowl. 8. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with spicy mayo.
