1. Cook rice according to package instructions. 2. Microwave corn and drain/rinse beans. 3. Dice the onion, tomatoes, and halve the limes. 4. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium heat. 5. Add onion, garlic, and ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes, then add taco seasoning. 6. Add tomatoes, corn, black beans, and juice from the limes to the pan and stir. 7. Add the cooked rice to the pan, stir, and cover for about 3 minutes for best flavor. 8. Add toppings of your choice.
