Spicy Ground Beef Fried Rice

What you need

tsp honey

tbsp soy sauce

cup white rice

tbsp chili

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp sesame seed

clove garlic clove

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

cup carrot
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a big pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Mix all sauce ingredients together. 3. Add ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes, then add the diced yellow onion and cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Add shredded carrots, sliced green onions, and half of the sauce, and simmer for about 2 minutes until the beef gets browned and crispy. 5. Add cooked white rice into the beef mixture along with the other half of the sauce. 6. Stir everything well and fry for 3–4 minutes until hot and slightly crispy. 7. Move rice to the side of the wok and crack the eggs into the pan. 8. Scramble the eggs into the rice mix. 9. Top with sesame seeds and extra sliced green onions before serving.
