Instructions
1. Remove skin from sushi grade salmon and dice into cubes. 2. Combine salmon in a bowl with the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, green onion, and sesame seeds. 3. Refrigerate for 15 min while preparing the bowls. 4. Chop toppings of your choice and add to a bowl with jasmine rice or salad. 5. Add salmon, sriracha mayo or your favorite sauce, and top with more sesame seeds & furikake seasoning.
