1. Heat a wok over medium with a little olive oil, then add fried rice. Toss occasionally while it cooks. 2. In a measuring cup, mix all the sauce ingredients except the garlic. 3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 4. Cook the salmon skin-side up for about 4 minutes, then flip and reduce heat to medium. 5. Pour the sauce over the salmon and let it bubble. 6. Add the garlic during the last 2 minutes of cooking. 7. Serve the salmon over the rice and top with favorites like sriracha mayo, crispy jalapeños, sesame seeds, and avocado.
