1. Cook the protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, saute the ground beef over medium heat and add the minced garlic until browned. 3. Pour the pasta sauce and cottage cheese into the skillet with the beef, stirring until it’s blended and creamy. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. 4. Add spinach and cooked pasta, stir, then cover and simmer on low for another 3-4 minutes. 5. Serve.
