What you need

tsp sesame oil

lb ground beef

cup bean sprouts

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp mirin

cup soy sauce
bunch bok choy
tbsp oil

tsp garlic

cup water

cup hoisin sauce
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, and mirin. 2. Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through. 4. Add the sauce, stir to combine and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Move the beef to the outside of the pan and create a space in the middle of the pan. 6. Place noodles in the center of the pan and add the water. 7. Cover the pan and cook noodles for 1 minute. 8. Remove the lid, toss the noodles, cover and cook for another minute. 9. Toss in bok choy and bean sprouts until they are well combined, cook for about 2 minutes. 10. Serve with your favorite toppings such as sesame seeds and sliced scallion.
