Hot Honey Salmon Bites are a delicious fusion dish featuring marinated salmon cubes, cooked edamame, and avocado served over white rice. The dish is garnished with red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and furikake, bringing together a mix of flavorful Asian-inspired ingredients with a spicy and sweet kick.

What you need

tbsp honey

tbsp garlic

tbsp mayonnaise

lb salmon

cup edamame

tbsp bbq sauce

tbsp soy sauce

pinch red pepper flake

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp chili oil

tbsp Furikake

cup white rice
Instructions
1. Marinate Salmon: In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp garlic, and 2 tbsp BBQ sauce and the salmon cubes. 2. Cook Edamame: Heat a pan over medium high heat with remaining sesame oil and 1 tbsp chili onion crunch. Add edamame and the rest of the sauce ingredients. 3. Cook Salmon: In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp chili onion crunch over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. 4. Divide rice between two bowls, top with salmon, edamame, avocado, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and furikake.
