What you need

tbsp butter

cup soy sauce

lb chicken

tbsp sesame oil

tsp sesame seed

cup arrowroot starch

tsp rice vinegar

clove garlic clove

cup mayonnaise

bunch green onion
tbsp raw honey

cup jalapeno pepper
Instructions
1. Butterfly the chicken and season with salt and pepper. 2. Coat in arrowroot starch on a plate. 3. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken around 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. 4. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 5. In a separate pan, cook the fried rice over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. 6. Once the chicken is done, lower heat to medium-low in the chicken pan. Melt in the butter, pour in the sauce, and let it bubble slightly. 7. Return the chicken to the pan and toss until fully glazed. 8. Serve over fried rice with your favorite toppings.
