What you need

tbsp olive oil

tbsp seasoning mix

cup cherry tomato

lb salmon

cup parmesan cheese
tbsp fresh parsley

cup plain yogurt

cup fresh spinach

clove garlic clove

Instructions
1. Add the cubed salmon, 1 tbsp olive oil, and Old Bay seasoning to a bowl and mix. 2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan over medium high. Add the salmon and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side then remove from the pan once cooked. 3. In that same pan, add garlic and onion and saute for about 2 min. Then add in tomatoes and spinach and stir for about 3 minutes. 4. Turn the heat to low, and stir in milk, yogurt, lemon and parmesan. Add salt & pepper to taste. 5. Add in the cooked pasta and salmon, then top with parsley and a little more parmesan.
