What you need

tbsp olive oil
tsp oregano

tsp red pepper flake

cup white rice

tbsp dill

clove garlic clove

tsp ground cumin
Instructions
1. Add the meatball ingredients to a small mixing bowl and use your hands to mix until well combined. 2. Form the chicken mixture into 1 inch meatballs. 3. When the meatballs are formed, heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. 4. Add the meatballs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. 5. Serve the meatballs over rice with tomato & cucumber mixture, feta, Tzatziki sauce, and pita slices.
