What you need

tbsp garlic

cup edamame

lb salmon

tbsp honey

tbsp chile garlic sauce

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

tsp sesame seed

tbsp bbq sauce

tbsp sesame oil

cup jasmine rice

Instructions
1. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium-high and add salmon in 2 inch pieces. 2. Chop as the salmon starts to brown. 3. When it’s almost done, add garlic and edamame (microwave it first if it’s frozen). 4. Add all sauce ingredients except the Japanese BBQ sauce. 5. Simmer and allow edamame to get slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes. 6. Add the cooked rice and BBQ sauce until everything is evenly combined. 7. Add 2 eggs (optional for extra protein) and scramble into the rice mixture. 8. Serve with your favorite toppings! Suggested toppings: avocado, green onion, sesame seeds, spicy mayo, crispy jalapeños.
