Crispy Steak Tacos are a delicious and flavorful meal featuring seasoned sirloin steak, creamy guacamole, and melted cheese all wrapped in almond flour tortillas. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, these tacos offer a great combination of textures and tastes.

1. Mash avocados in a bowl. Add ¼ diced onion, ½ jalapeño, cilantro, juice from 1/2 lime, 1 tbsp taco seasoning, and 1 tsp salt. Mix well. 2. In a bowl, toss cubed sirloin with olive oil, taco seasoning, and paprika. 3. Sauté in a hot pan with a little oil. After a couple minutes, add the remaining lime, ¼ onion and ½ jalapeño. Cook until browned and cooked through. 4. Remove steak from pan. 5. Sprinkle shredded pepper jack cheese in the pan. Once slightly crispy, press a tortilla on top. Add steak and more cheese, fold, and flip after 3 minutes.
