clove garlic

Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 2 tbsp pasta water. 2. Bake prosciutto at 400°F for 7–9 mins until crispy, then crumble. 3. In a large pan over medium heat, cook sausage with olive oil until browned, about 5-6 min and add minced garlic. 4. Add pesto, Greek yogurt + splash of pasta water to the pan and stir until creamy. 5. Add the pasta and red pepper flakes and stir together. 6. Top with crispy prosciutto.
