What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp garlic

head broccoli

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp red pepper flake

box udon noodles

lb shrimp

tsp ground ginger
tbsp raw honey
Instructions
1. Heat a pan with sesame oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and broccoli to the wok. 3. Add the shrimp to the wok and cook until they turn pink, usually 2-3 minutes. 4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, Korean chili paste, and pour into the pan. 5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the wok and mix for about 2-3 minutes. 6. Add red pepper flakes based on spice preference. 7. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
