
Teriyaki Salmon Bowls

A delicious and savory teriyaki salmon bowl combined with roasted brussels sprouts and a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with sesame seeds and spicy mayo.

What you need

tbsp honey

lb salmon

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp olive oil

tsp sesame oil

mayo

green onion

cup jasmine rice

tbsp garlic
tbsp liquid honey

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, spicy honey, and garlic. Mix well. 3. Add the salmon and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. 4. Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. During the last 6 minutes, add soy sauce, sesame oil, spicy honey, and minced garlic. Mix lightly and return to the oven. 5. Heat a pan with olive oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized. 6. Add everything to a bowl with the jasmine rice and garnish with sesame seeds, spicy mayo, and chopped green onions.
