What you need

lb salmon

tsp red pepper flake

cup cilantro
tbsp red wine vinegar

tbsp steak seasoning
Instructions
1. Stir together chimichurri ingredients and set aside. 2. Season salmon with Kinders meat seasoning and cracked pepper. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. 4. Place salmon skin-side up in the skillet and sear for 4 minutes. 5. Flip the salmon, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and cook for approximately 5 more minutes. 6. Serve salmon over jasmine rice, top with chimichurri sauce, and add extras like avocado, steamed broccoli, sesame seeds, and more chili flakes.
