What you need

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp butter

lb salmon

tbsp honey

tbsp sesame oil

tsp sesame seed

sweet potato

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and poke holes with a fork. 3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt & pepper, then bake for approximately 35 minutes. 4. Season salmon filets with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. 5. Air fry salmon at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes. 6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and chili garlic. 7. Heat a pan with olive oil and a splash of sesame oil. 8. Add broccoli and half the garlic to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes. 9. Pour in half the sauce, cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. 10. In another pan, melt butter over low heat and add the remaining sauce until it bubbles. 11. Place the salmon in the pan and spoon glaze over for 1–2 minutes. 12. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon. 13. Serve plated with sweet potatoes, sautéed broccoli, and glazed salmon.
