1. Cook the jasmine rice using a rice cooker. 2. Heat two large pans over medium-high heat with olive oil. 3. Stir all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. 4. Add ground beef to one of the pans and cook until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. 5. Add shelled edamame to the other pan. 6. Stir the sauce mixture into both pans and cook for about 2-3 minutes. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the mixture and remove from heat. 8. Serve the dish over jasmine rice and top with optional favorites like crispy jalapeños, avocado, spicy mayo, or red pepper flakes.
