1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Blend the oats until they reach a flour consistency. 3. Add blended oats, banana, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, yogurt, vanilla extract, almond milk, and eggs into a bowl then mix. 4. Fold chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter into mixture. 5. Pour the batter into muffin tin and swirl the remaining 1 tablespoon peanut butter on top. 6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes.
