Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive and sesame oil and cook the ground beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Add broccoli and minced garlic to the pan. 5. Add the sauce and basil to the pan until the basil is wilted, about 3 minutes. 6. Serve the mixture over white rice. 7.
